pronounced Prah-leens, are a popular southern candy that date back to 17th Century France. They are mostly associated with the city of New Orleans which is why they are a favorite of Sue’s. She was lucky enough to grow up with this candy and her mother’s recipe just happened to be more tasty than any she found sold in a store! Of course Pralines are hard to come by in the North, and Sue is so excited to share this sweet confection with all of you!
Pralines make a great gift to give to friends, family, guests, or clients. They are a wonderful alternative to standard chocolates or cookies, and their smooth, creamy texture and sweet taste cannot be matched!
